Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using the Mad Mammoth Labs website (the “site”). The site is run by Mad Mammoth Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing in to it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site is

Mad Mammoth Labs is an independent studio, with sub-studios under it, that makes slot games for Stake Engine. Our games are played on Stake.com and Stake.us, which are run by third-party operators. Playing there is governed by their terms, their eligibility rules and their responsible-gambling tools, not by ours.

This site shows our games, our studios and our roadmap, and runs community rewards. You can’t gamble here. The site offers no real-money play, takes no payments and handles no deposits or withdrawals.

Game details on the site, such as RTP, maximum win, volatility and release dates, are for information and can change. Where they differ, the game as offered by the operator is the one that counts. The roadmap shows our plans, not promises.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the site, including just browsing it, because it is about casino games. You must also be allowed to view gambling-related content where you are. Whether you may play our games is decided by the operators and by the law where you live.

Your account

You sign in with Discord; this site has no passwords. Signing in creates an account linked to your Discord account. You’re responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, and Discord’s own terms apply to it.

• One person, one account. Don’t sign in with more than one Discord account.
• Your account is personal. Don’t share it, lend it or sell it.
• You can sign out of every device from your Account page. To have your account deleted, email us at business@madmammothlabs.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

• use more than one account, or someone else’s, to enter giveaways or claim codes;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to enter giveaways or claim codes, or load the site at a rate that burdens it;
• try to get into parts of the site you aren’t allowed to use, such as the admin panel, or probe or attack its security;
• interfere with the site, its draws or other users, for example by getting around rate limits or a ban;
• sell or trade codes you claim, unless the reward says you may;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Bans

We may suspend or ban any account at any time if we reasonably believe it has broken these terms or abused the site or its rewards. A ban signs the account out of every device and stops it signing in again. Banned accounts are left out of giveaway draws, and we may cancel entries, codes or prizes obtained by breaking these terms. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

Rewards: giveaways and code drops

The Rewards page runs two kinds of community rewards: giveaways, where winners are drawn at random, and code drops, where each account can claim one code while they last. Rewards are run by Mad Mammoth Labs. They are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Stake or Discord.

Rules for every reward

• No purchase necessary. Entering a giveaway or claiming a code is free. You never need to buy anything, deposit or wager, and doing so won’t improve your chances.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), signed in, and not banned. Rewards marked Members are only for members of our Discord server. We check membership when you sign in, so if you join the server after signing in, sign out and back in.
• Void where prohibited. Rewards are void where they are prohibited or restricted by law. It’s up to you to check that you may take part where you live. We may ask a winner to confirm their age and location before handing over a prize, and withhold it if they can’t.
• Each reward’s details. A reward’s card shows its prize, its dates and, for a giveaway, how many winners will be drawn. Anything its description adds, such as how the prize is delivered or a deadline to claim it, is part of the rules for that reward.
• Prizes are as described on the reward. They can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred unless the description says so. You’re responsible for any taxes on what you win.
• Changes. If a reward is affected by a technical fault, fraud or anything else outside our control, we may change, pause or cancel it.

Giveaways

• One entry per account per giveaway. Entries are accepted only while the giveaway is open, between the start and end times shown on its card.
• After the giveaway closes, we draw the winners at random from all entries using a cryptographically secure random number generator, so every entry has the same chance. Accounts that are banned at the time of the draw are left out. If there are fewer entries than prizes, every eligible entrant wins.
• Winners are listed on the Rewards page with their Discord display name and avatar. Your Account page also shows whether you won.
• If a draw is affected by a technical error or by ineligible entries, we may cancel it and draw again.
• If a winner turns out to be ineligible, or doesn’t claim the prize within the time given in the reward’s description, the prize may be forfeited.

Code drops

• Each account can claim one code per drop: first come, first served, while codes last.
• Your code is shown only to you, on the reward’s card and on your Account page. Our admins can also see which account claimed which code.
• If a code is for another service, such as an operator’s promotion, redeeming it is subject to that service’s terms, including its own eligibility rules and expiry dates, and we can’t guarantee that it will be accepted there.

Our content

The site and everything on it, including game names, art, logos, text and design, belong to Mad Mammoth Labs, our studios or the people who license them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Don’t copy, scrape or reuse our content for anything else without our written permission. Stake, Discord and other names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their owners.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we don’t run, including Stake’s sites, Discord and social networks. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices; once you follow a link, theirs apply.

Play responsibly

Our games are for adults, and gambling should only ever be entertainment. Decide on a budget and a time limit before you play, never chase losses, and use the deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion tools the operators offer. If gambling stops being fun for you or someone close to you, get help:

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, that the information on it is complete or current, or that any particular reward will run.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mad Mammoth Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or its rewards. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may change the site, and these terms, at any time. When we change the terms we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll also post a notice on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop offering the site, or any part of it, at any time.
